About Us!!

1.   MAIDENHEAD HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES is a non-profit making organisation run by volunteers to provide creative and interesting activities for your children in the holidays.  Qualified personnel run all classes.  Its success depends on your support.

 2.   There will be responsible staff in charge of all activities, but children take part at their own risk.  On payment of the course fee, the parent or guardian becomes a member of M.H.A.  It shall be a condition of membership that neither the committee collectively nor any members shall be liable for any loss or damage to property, nor for any personal injury to any member or child howsoever sustained.  Maidenhead Holiday Activities are covered by Public Liability Insurance, details of which are available if required.

3.   Children must not arrive more than 15 minutes before a course starts and must be delivered to, and promptly collected from, the School’s main entrance - NOT FROM THE ROAD OUTSIDE.  All children must be registered at the front desk every day.

4.   Children must be a minimum of FIVE YEARS OLD to take part in the activities (otherwise our insurance is invalid), and the minimum age limit for individual activities must be strictly adhered to.

5.   To reserve a place, please email mha@ibduk.co.uk stating the child’s name, date of birth and address, and the activities you wish your child to attend.  To confirm your booking (or to book, if you do not have email access) complete the booking form and send it with your cheque (payable to M.H.A) to 26 Belmont Crescent, Maidenhead SL6 6LW enclosing a stamped, self addressed envelope.  We will then send you a receipt and booking confirmation.

Bookings will be dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please bear in mind that as the closing date for bookings draws closer, places on each activity will become limited.

6.   A parent or guardian must sign the Booking Form; no other signature will be accepted.

 7.   M.H.A. reserve the right to change the programme without notice, if necessary.

8.   In the event you withdraw your child from an activity either prior to, or during, the week no refund will be given unless the place can subsequently be filled.

9.  MHA do not provide refreshments – please ensure your child has a drink and snack to last the morning.
